So I have my Sigma 150mm macro lens now. It's great, but I keep seeing these insanely magnified photos of insects. What would be my best method of getting increased magnification?
I have a 72 to 52mm reverser too, I tried the 50mm f1.8 on my macro lens but found the DOF way too restricting and the subject had to practically had to be touching the rear element of the 50mm. Should I try my 18-55mm? Or should I get something like the raynox 250? Ideally I'd like something that offers a good working distance rather than something so insanely close I'm likely to scare things off!
