Yes
Are there any manufacturer that make a camera backpack without their logo being displayed.
I know that the makers state that they manufacture their bags to look like ordinary backpacks, but thieves are not stupid, a Lowepro, Tamrac logo etc. on a bag means camera equipment to them.

One of the things I like about my Crumpler bag is that it looks like a lunch bag rather than a camera bag. Not sure if the same is true for backpacks but might be worth a look.

I wouldn't be to concerned about the logo on bags.
If your worried about theft, don't leave it unattended, even in your car.

Many would be thieves won't attempt to steel directly from you, (unfortunately this does happen on the odd occasion). They usually wait for you to put your bag in your car, then wait to see if you leave it unattended, so don't get caught short. I know of someone who was followed to a fast food chain, and then had their kit stolen while buying a burger.

I'll take this opportunity to mention insurance.
Most home insurers offer a good cheap cover package.
Ring them ask them the right questions about your cover, then ask them for it in writing.
This makes it a whole lot easier if you are unfortunate enough to be a victim.

Some of the not so well known brands are:
Kata, National geographical, Phoenix, Tenba, Vanguard, & Outpack

I've got a Crumpler shrinkle, doesn't look like a camera bag at all.
