starting to fart about with some photos i took and adding signatures. program i use lets me add PNG files, but im struggling to make anything decent in Pulisher.
would like something along the lines of:

Sorry cant help you there mate other than what you have already said. Photoshop. It's easy in Photoshop and the Elements version is reasonably cheap.
