In searches of mobile photo editing apps

Hello guys!

I have a question regarding mobile editing.
I use my mobile camera for taking images and it's not that comfortable to upload them to my laptop for editing.
So I try to collect as much information about mobile photo editing apps as possible.
Do you have some good examples? I am also trying find some and will post the names in the comments later on.

Will be glad to have your suggestions.

Snapseed user here and would highly recommend it.
Its came along way since its first incarnation and the UI is easily navigated.

Thanks Andrew. Snapseed isn't much limited?
It seems the adjustments are not good. I don't like using just effects, I like adjusting the images.
Regarding Photoshop Express, it seems very limited too, it doesn't have the same options as there are on the PC, I don't know, they are not enough for me. Anyway, thanks a lot.
 
Snapseed lets you make the following adjustments to images -
Brightness
Contrast
Saturation
Ambience (clarity)
Shadows
Highlights
Warmth
Structure
Sharpening
Crop
Rotate
Transform (perspective)
Heal
Brush
Selective
Vignette
These adjustments are as well as the pre defined filters.
Furthermore the filters themselves have a degree of adjustments within them.

Another vote for Snapseed. Other useful apps are Photo Mate and Lightroom (tablet only, I think) if you can shoot raw, or Handy Photo, PhotoDirector, and Pixlr for general editing, and Touch Retouch (like Photoshop's intelligent erase and fill) and AfterFocus (choose in-focus and out-of-focus areas in your image.
