Well it looks like a happy Xmas for me ... the missus has just bought me a Big lastolite hilite background system for Crimbo .. yippee ! :)

cant wait to open it on the 25th and watch it knock all the decorations down as it springs open ! :lol:

How would we know? He doesn't come until I goto bed on Christmas Eve. And for the last 24 years he seems to have forgotten me anyways.
 
im hoping my mum and my brother honour the flash they promised me. Oh and i wanted to have a read of "beyond the lens" and Practical HDRI. So just hoping some of those come good :D
 
Flash, cable release, tripod and some lens caps i have lost...
 
Hopefully a Bluetooth kit for my car.

On the plus side I'm 40 in feb, so the Mrs has said I can look at the D3x :D:D

Only look mind you, not buy :lol::lol::lol:

As far as I know...me too :'( My dad said I'm getting b****r all :lol:

No one else really knows enough about photography to buy without asking me, so unless they're planning on giving me a blank cheque.....:thinking::D
 
i asked for a few random DVD's

any money i will put towards a Grip for the D300 and or an A3 printer
 
A Holga Polaroid back, Olympus OM1, original Diana camera, a book on Photoshop, 5 in 1 reflector disc, a Maglite torch and hopefully he'll be able to fit some Polaroid film in there somewhere ;)
 
I bought myself a 600mm APO (telescope) not a clue what Santa might bring/rest of the family will get me.
 
Hopefully, the missus is getting me a dome hide, either that or a good hiding.:)
 
I bet I get the ball of fluff at the bottom of the sack or a pair of old sock's.......
 
well i sent my letter off last year and asked for a D80 didnt get it so i sent the same letter this year and asked for a D300 so if santa had bought me one last year he would have saved himself a few quid this year. :lol::thumbs:
 
I am getting me kids and Grandkids for christmas dinner that will do for me :)

well i bought myself a redsnapper tripod and head a couple weeks ago, a pressie to myself, :) my girlfriend has got me Joe Mcnally's book and Pete Carr's book.

Yes! Took the D3 out this weekend with my 28-70 2.8 on. The Autofocus packed up on the lens!!!! :eek:
I think it was the camera saying it wanted a 24-70 for christmas...... :naughty:
I can see why you sold it now. Blo*dy demanding camera.....

Went into Jessops yesterday to buy a D80, then the missus asked me what the difference was between the D80 & D90. Cutting a long story short she insisted I get the D90.
