Hello

My current in-ear headphones have died due to the common problem (one ear piece doesn't work). I could do with some new ones.

Any recommendations for in-ear headphones costing £20-£30?

Thanks

I've never really liked in-ear 'phones but couldn't resist the lure of "official" Motorheadphones when I spotted them in HMV. TBH, I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised and now use them as my main 'phones. I went for the Trigger silver version but there's the option of a microphone for mobile/smartphone use - the Overkill. IIRC the Triggers were slightly under your budget.

Another vote for the Soundmagics. Great sound and an even better price. I changed from some Beyerdynamic DTX101 iE and at nearly half the price of Beyers it's hard to tell the difference.. That said I do think the Soundmagics get a little uncomfortable after prolonged use.

I'd recommend them too. Great sound for the money; I use them at the gym (when I go).

Took delivery of a pair myself last week, first impressions are great! Comfy fit and decent bass response, cracking value for £20
