In Camera Cleaning

My sensor is spotless, as marks do not appear on any images I shoot

however: there are marks on the mirror and the opaque plastic Matte focusing screen, which I cannot remove with a Rocket blower and a lens Pen / Brush

I have heard of some sort of wet wipes??? to enable this problem to be sorted, any idea's guys

Its driving me to distraction
