The pentax ones probably date from mid late 1970s (perhaps a little later). All the Pentax lenses can be used on a digital camera with the pentax K mount.

Getting the M lenses to work stopped down can be done but it takes a bit of work. There are guides online about using them.
The Pentax A lens will, apart from having to focus it manully, work just the same as a modern lens.

I don't know what they are worth, quite a few of the old lenses are good ones but there are also quite a few still around. Paste the details into Ebay to get an idea of what they might fetch.

So you're thinking of selling them?

If so, to describe them you've got to be able to accurately assess them, & that would include clarity of the elements (hazing, fungal growth, dust, scratches & scuffs, etc). Then there's smoothness & resistance of focus and aperture rings, & alacrity of stopping down.

For likely values, check out ebay listings, but look at what sold items fetched rather than buy-it-now prices which can be a bit synthetic.

no sorry im not thinking of selling them at all, ive only just been given them a few hours ago, im just asking for info about them thanks.

If you got all these from the same source there's a fair chance they are all Pentax K mount lenses. The two 50mm f/1.7 are excellent work-horse lenses; the M has generally better construction, and I prefer the texture of the focusing ring. That said, the A lens is probably worth a bit more as Dave says, as the digi guys prefer them. The two Ms will work extremely well with any Pentax film camera; most of the film cameras have far superior focusing screens, so they will be MUCH easier to use than on a digi body (maybe less of an advantage if there's focus peaking?). The 100mm lens is said to be a cracker.

Makinon was a cheap brand, so don't raise your hopes too much on the reflex (mirror) 400mm; the reviews of the Makinon 300mm mirror lens were poor. It may have a fixed aperture. That said, 400mm lenses can be useful, and it would be lighter and more compact than the high quality lenses. Probably not for birding, but there could well be occasions when it's useful.

My recommendation: spend £50-£100 on a Pentax MX, one of the smallest, lightest high quality SLRs available, with a very bright viewfinder and excellent meter. It's all manual, but you should have a lot of fun! Good luck... :)

..and if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a film camera, I'm happy with a Ricoh KR-10 super which has Pentax mount.

If you live near Wakefield you might be able to pick it up cheap as bidding is £10 so far but the £10 postage is usually considered with bidders in the total price.
