Image stabilization in exif ??

Im sure this has been answered many times before but i cant find anything...

Is there a way to tell if or what image stabilization was used from the exif data?

Im using a Panasonic GX1 & Silkypix.

You can tell by loading the image into Photome (well you can with my K-5 anyway).

Suppose it would be useless if it's not your image though as I believe you need the original.

The exif from my E-5 has:

Image Stabilization
Off


according to exiftool. Need to find/take one with it on to verify it accurately reflects the truth though.
