Hey guys... I'm looking for a second opinion on whether it would feasible to make a decent B&W canvas print in size 24x20" from an image that is only 6x5" at 300dpi in jpeg? It's quite a tight crop of someones face, taken from a larger image, hence the small dimensions.
I've stretched a few images for large poster prints previously but I have grave concerns about this one, and taking a punt on a canvas that's for someone else is not really an option. I'm ordering with DSCL and have emailed the image to them for advice but have not had a reply and would really like to be swayed one way or the other this weekend so I can order on Monday. They might well get back to me in the meantime, but I thought it was worth posting here for some views in the meantime.
The image is a high contrast black and white conversion. I'm happy to PM a Dropbox link if that helps.
Cheers in advance!
