Image sale question

I have had an inquiry form someone who would like to buy one of my images, he says he would like it as an electronic photo not a print.

Does this mean he wants a jpeg/tiff and if so how much should I charge related to the price I sell 6 X 4 or 8 X 10 prints for.

Do you know what he's doing with it?

Electronic photo would suggest possibly website, advertising etc

I have asked what he want's if for.

I would like to use the photo in my cycling CV/ press cutting pack, on my personal online blog and possibly in the press. I am having a photo shout on Saturday for the Bolton evening news but I may want to give them an action shot too?

I have no idea on prices now. Advice needed please.

Tricky one to call. I'd probably ask around 4x my normal price for a decent sized print, so maybe £40
