When I upgraded to Windows 10 a few months back, I instantly noticed that photos looked much worse than before when viewed in Firefox or Chrome. At first I though it might be the way Windows was handling colour or something, but photos look much better in Microsoft's Edge browser, and they look fine in Lightroom or other image editing software. I never had this problem in Windows 7 and am assuming that it's down to the browsers colour rendition in Windows 10 or something. In Chrome (and to a slightly lesser extent, Firefox) images seem to have a much worse dynamic range, and banding is often visible in gradiated areas, and there are more crushed blacks and blown highlights. Edge does this to a lesser extent, but looks far better than Chrome or Firefox.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Thanks.

what colour profile are you exporting out of LR in?

if its anything other than sRGB you may get mixed results.
I'm assuming the OP is referring to ALL photos seen on the internet in Firefox and Chrome, not just his own photos. So how he exports from LR would be irrelevant.

I'm afraid I've never used Win10 so I can't help you.
