But i cant seem to find the right thread...

I need to print some passport sized photos to put into keyrings. I know the passport size is 45mm x 35mm however my photos are obviously a lot larger than this, ive played around and got them to the right dimensions however im stuck with putting them onto one photo so when it prints they are all the same size...

Any advice?

P.S. i use photoshop cs5

Save the photo as a single first at 45mm x 35mm. Then open a separate document at 6"x 4" and just place the image in four times. Then save that as a jpeg to print.
