Hi i'm new and after advice please.

I've got a backdrop kit with muslin but I find it a complete nightmare to iron so is paper better?

Hi what colour is the backdrop ? Un fortunately that is the problem with cloth. Paper would be better for white and grey but black would be better cloth as the paper tends to be a bit shiny when lit. All the issues with cloth and paper can be overcome when suitably lit.

Hi there, I tend to use my white one more, at the moment I use natural light & reflectors. Where is the best place to position my subject? Have far away from the backdrop?
