I'm going to write a book

I think I'll make use of the downtime in the next couple weeks to write my first book.

It'll be entitled 'Dieting with Norovirus'.

The last 40 hours have been hell - and sleepless. I'll save the gory bits for the book

I was in hospital on Thursday, very briefly, for some tests. The timing fits. Hospitals! they're bad for you.

Here's wishing everyone a bug-free holiday.

thurs and fri i lost 6lbs... funny thing was when feeling better i wasnt hungry.. but the following stomach pains i finally figured out was because of the sudden wight loss..

Hope all the problems are sorted so Wednesday isn't spoiled, especially if there are kids in the equation.
