(well sometimes)I travel around installing, repairing and customising machinery and process control equipment that makes corrugated and solid board for the paper based packaging industry....yep, the boxes that your camears and lenses came in.
All this dumps me in some far flung place for several weeks at a time and away from home 220-240 days a year.
Initially it might sound a tad exciting..believe me it isn't. I see hotels, factories and airports...about 110 flights/year (don't ask about my "Carbon Footprint!).

But i have not worked for the last 3 years,
I fell 46ft from scaffolding which collapsed and spent 9 months in hospital with spinal injuries
Just starting to get around on my own two feet as I now have freedom from my wheelchair
And just took up this great hobby 3 weeks ago

) away but even the police were amazed I was still alive! Back to normal now but still get sore ankles in the cold. Needless to say I gave up biking and although I miss it I don't regret it. It's good to be back to normal again
