Weather here is crap. Warm enough but raining and nasty. Bit of thunder too. I'm bored witless - most interesting thing I can think of to do it to do the hoovering. Aaargh!

:help:

Yep, heavy thundery showers here too. I finished work early today as it was quiet, but now I'm bored too. It feels like it should be about 6pm :(

Play.com

Always tend to get them the saturday before if they're out on the monday

jammy git

Just starting to cloud over here after quite a pleasant bright spell. Handy really as I've just got back from Tynemouth with a shed load of shots from the Red Arrows display :D :D :D

Well I've got a chicken in the oven, everything else is waiting on that.

I've had a little nap, partly processed some shots from yesterday (the more I look at them the less pleased I am).
Weather is dry here. The wife is on a mad cleaning mission for some reason, so I'm just sat here browsing the forums, and I might finish watching Jarhead.

weather could be taking a turn for the worse here, saw the red arrows on tv and was glad I didn't bother to go up there, theres no way I'd have got any shots of them, it was over so quickly ;)

aye...

I'm drinking mug after mug of freshly brewed coffee, while going through various shots & making various calls chasing work.
Downstairs my housemate is making bread & jam, both of which smell lovely. My neighbours are making cake, which I can also smell - I have every intention of stealing some of all of them.
And when I do, my day will be nicely wrapped up :)

I'm extremely hungover after my wifes 40th birthday party last night, too much beer, wine, Bacardi and Drambuie, it seemed like a good idea at the time. The band were good though!

LOL - it's been a bit like that here actually - having partially alleviated the boredom by doing some cooking there are three dishes of macaroni cheese (with bacon in it!) cooling on the side until they can go in the freezer, and a big vat of bolognese sauce on the hob simmering. We're sorted for meals for the next few weeks! ;)

I've used them since they were a tiny little company and nobody had heard of them.

316 previous orders, my first ever order with them was for Dirty Dancing on the 30/1/2001 and it cost £17.99.

This tells me I've spent far too much money on dvds and things from them over the last nearly 6 years.

In fact, if I totalled up all of the things I've bought from them it would probably scare me to death.

Well, I've just done a mountain of ironing.............just how many black tee shirts is it possible for an 18yr old to have......?:D

Can't do any cooking as my kitchen has been dismantled ready for the new one to be fitted tomorrow!!!:woot:

Anyway, going to reward myself with a nice G+T and watch "Prime" on DVD. Catch you all later,
Cheers!

ive done the ironing and given darksaber a suitable apt title. very constructive

I've now done some hoovering...and I'm still bored. Grand Designs has been on the TV for about the past two hours - ALL repeats but I can't be bothered to trawl through the rest of the channels for anything else to watch.

I'm now trying to persuade the other half to see if we can get the connections sorted out between our Sky box and video....been putting that off for ages!

I'm now tucking into the aforementioned bread & jam - lovely!
Just need to nab some cake, now :suspect:

Well in London the weather's grim. Spent the afternoon at the ma-in-laws, now home. Trawled the garden for some insects to capture on macro with limited success - one or two I might post.

My son's composing something on the piano, Suzanne has a roast on and she and I are just about to go for walk. We'll come back for dinner and a bottle of red (which will encourage me to post my macro trials!).

Sunday bl**dy Sunday.

I just had bread and home made strawberry jam, lovely. No cake though :(

Weathers crap here, walked the dogs, tidied the room a bit, think I'll fire up Serious Sam for a while.

Well i've been to work :( would have prefered to be bored tbh

Someone pass me my keyboard and mouse, I'm too stuffed to move.

That sunday dinner was beautiful.

Now you're just bragging Marcel. My Sunday lunch was fishfingers & oven chips :(

Sue has just gone to pick up a chinese, mmmmm.

We had our sunday roast on the way home from Chester yesterday - TomTom found us a nice Toby Carvery.

Ramen for me tonight, courtesy of the Japanese restaurant down the road :)

Gotta be an Indian for me tonight. Last naughty meal before I'm good all week. Roll on Friday again ;)

Had too google Ramen as I didn't know what it was! Sounds lovely - I could eat noodles forever...mmmmmmmm

Watched the repeat of the Shanghai F1 this afternoon. :D

Then I went to visit a friend who just had a baby a couple weeks ago. Now, I'm back. Not sure what I'll do this evening. Either watch some Cantonese series or play Warcraft III.

Video's sorted!

Now watching Paul Merton's "Policeman on acid" sketch.
