Is there a way to back-up everything in Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom 2.2?

As in, Windows fonts, the layout of the windows, the settings and everything?

Even my Lightroom presets, export presets and so on.

Yeah, copy the folders over to a memory stick, and then once you've done that, replace the old with the new really simple.

I'm formatting in case I have a virus so I don't really want to copy executables.

You can save window layouts in Photoshop from what I remember, but saving them, finding where they saved and backing them up could take longer than just doing it again once you format.

With lightroom have a google for some sort of settings saver or something as I am sure someone must have come up with something. Again I am pretty sure you can save them all as various things and then re-import them, just not 100% sure how.
