Noticed that Ilford have increased their prices. HP5+ is now £6.48 for 36exp, last time I looked I'm pretty sure it was only £5.50.

Analogue Wonderland still have it for £5.75
WEX is £5.10

Stock up now before the price hike trickles down to resellers.

Thanks for the tip, Wex are now a little richer than they were before I read your post! Well, I was out of black and white in 35mm anyway, so a wise time to re-stock.

Looks like I've missed the boat on 13x18 - the lowest price is a company I haven't used in Belgium. I should probably order more anyway, as I don't know who will be allowed to keep working during the winter lockdown.

They put out a statement in September saying prices were going to go up due to increased costs in raw materials, probably starting to see that come into play now I guess...

In that case, I didn't miss the boat, as I stocked up then. Thanks for putting a smile on my face again.

Good service from WEX, ordered Saturday evening and arrived via Royal Mail on Tuesday morning. (y)

Pity WEX only sell "normal" sheet film in 5x4. But I took delivery of 50 sheets of 13x18 today from elsewhere, and noted that my fridge is now very well stocked.

I just spent £100 on 20 rolls of HP5+ from WEX, went right in the freezer as I still have 10 in the fridge [emoji16]

A quick heads-up for Carmarthen Cameras who are taking part in the eBay PURCHASE20 promotion until sometime tomorrow (19th). Film prices are variable, but 120 FP4+ and HP5+ seem to be reasonable, while the bulk HP5+ also seems fairly keen. Fomapan 100 5x4 reduces to under £31 delivered for 50 sheets, if that's of interest to those starting out or looking to stock up.

... or fancies machine gunning their LF camera at 5 frames per hour! ;)

It's addictive once you start, and only the cost is holding folks back. May also be the same amount of chemistry for several sheets, so shoot a few more and take the benefit! :pics:

Those prices I would suggest are only arbitrary. There are three main places I go for film and checking a couple of days ago with a company called Morco they were cheaper than tha I have just checked again and it is still shown at £5.50 for a 36 exp..
