I don't understand what the fuss is all about. It is a Muslim country, where women are very restricted, and IKEA, like any other business, if it wants to do business in Muslim countries they have to obey and respect the law of the land. If the law bothers you don't go there. tssskkk Simple...

A lot of people in Europe consider the treatment of women in the middle eastern countries to be rather controversial.

I think that a European business who is potentially compromising it's morality to further their financial gain is quite newsworthy!

Nobody is right or wrong, just different. Pretty much every country in the world is trading with/consuming products from China (with questionable human rights amongst other things) yet nobody cares about that because as long as their goods are cheap they are happy.
