This forum like many others is just like a tv, if you donot like it you can either turn it off or change the channel to something you like.

Some of the responses here are worse, because even with time to consider, some of you still think his behaviour is acceptable to some degree or that it doesn't merit further comment and that I was being over the top in reacting with a choice insult.

If someone insults you, you react. How you react is up to you, but you should at least show your displeasure in some way. How I choose to show mine is indicative of the world I work in...

Exactly, i myself would do the same probably not the c word but something to about the same effect anyway. I would also say it loud as you did, cant stand people who mutter things. If your going to say something you may as well mean it incase they hear anyway.

Yes he was inconsiderate but some people in life are. That is life. Nothing else to see move along now...

Seriously, I can understand being miffed by this, but dont hang on to it. Good exercise to your dad to point out, check the frame before you shoot, oops something in it - we need to recompose! Laugh it off, life is way to short.

So your with "old dad" having a day out. And because someone decides through lack of manners etc to get in your way. You decide to make a issue.
Now you got your impression of this man wrong and he decides that he really does not like the fact you spoke to him. And start to come forward to you

Or maybe you can think about it on the hospital bed? There are nutters out there and they come in many shapes and forms. Never ever judge a man by your first impression. Ive seen very humble "train spotter" types go nuts when upset,

don't laugh it had a flask of weak lemon squash inside that made it quite heavy :lol:



the crayons had all gone. matey had eaten them during a long morning on the platform!
 
I think I have had one of my posts deleted? I apologise to the Mods, but am offended that someone who hasn't contributed much of anything since joining has the cheek to join on here critiscising a regular poster. He may have some valid views, but I see it as a troll!
 
Not trolling at all. Came here to see what goes on and was rather surprised at the lack of humour and negative posting. Made a comment the same as everybody else. I thought I was allowed to.

I deleted it, it was offensive and unnecessary :nono:

And I can only see this thread spiralling into the mire

So I think I'll close it :)
