It seems AOL, in their infinite wisdom, have decided to incorrectly mark us as senders of email to "a high volume of incorrect recipients", and thus have sort-of blacklisted us.
Therefore, if you have an AOL email address, then forum emails will not be getting through to you.
We've been receiving many many bouncebacks for users, so I have been liaising with AOL trying to get it resolved, unfortunately, as you may guess, their postmaster department is as useful as their tech support.
For the time being, we would like anyone with an AOL email address to change it to a non AOL address (will need to be revalidated of course).
If you dont have a non AOL address handy that you can use, then instead, please turn off all your thread subscriptions, and also, in your UserCP, disable "Email me when I get a new Private Message".
We'll also have to restrict new users from signing up with an AOL address for the time being.
Sorry about this everyone, it's not our fault. It's AOL. Shame they can't get rid of the REAL spam.
Regards
Marcel
