As long as it gets cleaned first I don't see the issue. We used to wash the nappies for our children as well and reuse them. No problem at all.

Any that doesn't have the top layer stuck down with industrial strength glue.

Wow, that person is really small. I bet one sheet is like a luxury towel. Hmm seems some inequity there, I wonder whether tax credits are available for toilet paper for larger people?
