I don't watch it either, but it's hard to completely miss, the premise of the show is a group of people get locked in a house, talk sh*t and get drunk and argue while cameras broadcast an edited version of what they do..

Whatever happened to all the classy women?

I'd ask if the nosh was free, it's a weeks minimum free B&B, be a bit controversial, tell them they are a bunch of self worshiping morons, and the only people who watch the program are single brain celled voyeurs, who have no life. That ought to get you out of it pretty quickly and probably with some dosh from The Sun for your 'Story' as well.
