Ideas for reasonably "healthy", easy, office lunch?

Thinking about it I'm sure it was Kelly's up the Roman, are you sure about the West Ham bit.

No chewy liver here, cut the big old tubes out of it, if you want to stop it pen and inking soak it in milk for an hour or two

Kelly's is in Bow isn't it. I got mixed up, because many years ago I went there a few times with a girlfriend who lived near West Ham. They are not too far apart.
I was looking at a Gordon Ramsey recipe for cooking liver for pate and he uses the soaking in milk trick to take away the bitterness etc.

That's the one, Roman Road starts at Bethnal Green and goes through to Bow, suppose technically its Old Ford.

Never tried the liver in milk trick, but I have done it with anchovies to get rid of the saltiness before putting them on a pizza.
Good luck with the pate, reckon homemade stuff would be nice, might have a go myself

Thumbs up for the Tuna pots! Got a Tesco own brand one and much more filling than the mugshot "big" ones. Probably because of the protein in the tuna. Cant find who mentioned it looking through, but thanks whoever it was.(y)
