anyone got any ideas for taking photos of an MX5?

I live near norwich and have been asked to take photos but i'm struggling with the location. Ideally looking for somewhere industrial/derelict?

Thanks

Outside a hairdresser's shop would be more appropriate...

sorry.... I'll get my coat. :)

I say while we've got this nice sunny weather get out into the broads maybe get some shot's down nice country lanes, get it parked up on a jetty with nice gin palace behind it, or a nice country pub in the background, after all a car like that should be all about the lifestyle and you could tell the story of that

Industrial/stark is all well and good but I know the type of photo I'd rather see, thats assuming it's not one of these highly modded stanced type jobbies that honestly send a shiver down my spine

Yeah yeah. Ever driven one? There is a reason it's the best selling 2 seater sports car.

What colour is it? Do you want to blend or stand out?

Because its affordable

j/k, I have a few friends with track with them and they are really good.

Graffiti places for cheaper cars

Big mansion with lawn for expensive car

Studio for ultra expensive or collectors car

I use cheap expensive and ultra expensive because there are too many types out there

I once owned an MX5. Where is the embarrassed smiley when you need one?

In all seriousness though it was a fun car to drive and women loved it.

So norfolk, suffolk, depends on how you want to depict the car. Roof down, at the start of a long length of road/countryside?

Urban you could contrast or blend, i.e. a red car against a blue building/garage door or a red car against brick. Red cars against dusk work well. There's a point just before darkness when the sky goes really dark blue, i.e.

Which is why I was asking - what colour is the car?

That picture would look so much better with wet look tyre walls!

Hi guys thanks for all the input on this. I think your right at the country roads and a nice country pub rather than the industrial/derelict site for the mx5 does anyone know anyone of any good jetties near the broads wheee you can park a car??
