Can I arrange a talkphotography photography competition?

ie.. You pay a few pounds for entry and the more entries, the better the prize.

Maybe a bunch of members could team up and organize?

What do you think?
 
We already run a TalkPhotography competition at the moment :)

Yes all entry fees to my cayman Account please.
 
If you took your idea a little further it could have some merit, if you were to make it a one off competition organised at a specific location meet from which all attending members where to submit their one favourite picture.
I feel it would be significantly different from the monthly competition to deserve its own place on the forum.
As for money, whoever was to organise it would need a non biased, trustworthy, probably site staff member to look after that side of things.

Unfortunately, charging for a competition goes against the ethos of TP in that the forum is free for all.
 
Ah, the FORUM is free for all, and there are certain free competitions, but if you want to enter this 'special' competition, you have to pay.

The whole site stays free. All of it.
We won't be charging for any competitions ;) Thanks for the suggestion though.
