Anybody else watch it? I don't watch much TV but I think it's a great programme, especially the way some of the less committed drivers prattle on about how they "just do what it takes".

I saw the first series, then the second series seemed to get confusing, and now I am lost with what I have seen and what I haven't - seemed to be a new episode for me last night.

I'm afraid I gave up after the first episode of the new series.

It was just the same drivers complaining about the same things but on a different stretch of ice and it got a bit boring.

Watched it once (very busy life me) - they are mad...

ye its wicked :D if you like that you will like axemen aswell :D

I watched al of the last series but i have not caught any this year.
I was going to move to canada a few years ago to drive trucks but the wife would not go because of the cold lol

I watch it, but sometimes the narrator is a bit of a prat. Last night he said if a fuel tanker overturned and spilt the fuel, one tiny spark would blow the whole thing up. The tanker was carrying DIESEL.

Trawlermen and World's Deadliest Catch are better IMO, but then again a am a marine biologist :)

IRT is good too, not seen axemen yet

Not really gotten into the whole Extreme job programs of late. That said, I saw a few eps of the early ice truckers and once the initial novelty of what they do wore off, I lost interest.

I find all these sort of programs interesting for a few episodes only.

wonder how many people watch these progs just in the hope of seeing some disaster unfold?
