In summary, ice cream van chimes are allowed to operate for up to 4 seconds continually, not to be repeated for 3 minutes. Chimes are only permitted between the hours of 12 noon and 7pm daily.

The Astra is insured, taxed and registered just like any other vehicle. You can see the disc in the window if you look hard
