Edit My Images
Yes
Hopefully this is in the right area
I started in photography about 2 years ago with my trusty D100 but before I knew it I was taking that many shots of different things I had thousands
so I went on a hunt to try and find sites what can support private/sharing so I could upload my photos
I found free ones and expensive ones,
when I started shooting raw this caused a whole new challenge also,

in the end I got fed up and created a site myself
please don't think this is some sales pitch as its not,
but you can upload pictures keep them private or you can share pictures giving out a short url code to your friends or customers
it has the ability to watermark pictures before you share them also,
you can create as many folders and sub folders as you please within your account,
with a file preview functions,

you can download all your photos in a folder at once you are not limited like some sites,
it also keeps the original size and quality of the photo when you upload it, does not shrink it ,
you have full large thumbnail view of all your pictures.

I am working on further updates over the next few months and one of them will be to accept (RAW)
you can upload raw however you will not get a preview of that photo just yet ,

I would like your thoughts on this
I do have demo account you can freely go to upload and test the all the functions out,
don't have to sign up or anything like that if you are interested let me know
and I can send you the link, with a user name and password

all accounts are private, there is no spam or advertising
my objective was to create a simple easy site with all functions available.

many thanks

I know friends who would be interested in this and if you leave your page address I will pass it on to them.
I think you have got most bases covered, though I am not sure if all are covered as I know very little about this sort of storage thing.
On a personal side for me is I want me to be the only one who has control of my photo's.
I have been told by these friends that I should have this sort of thing.
Really I do think this will work and I wish you all the best in this and I feel it will work out well for you.

Hi there many thanks for your reply
yes you are in full control of your photos, there is a few options , you can create different folders and sub folders to place them in ect customer name or location, by default everything is private and only seen by yourself only, unless you wish to share selected photos,
if you did want to share your photo there is a pre generated link beside the photo you can hand out to your friends or customers , you can watermark selected pictures for copyright protection this can be any type of watermark of your own branding,
and if you wanted to get complex you can create a folder and password protect it and share,
the server is a dedicated server and based in Manchester

the important thing at the time was to create a site what didn't restrict you and lose quality when you upload the photos, and you can download them at any time without restrictions,

I have a demo account , its fully operational anyone can go to, and feel free to have a play around, upload and download and create new folders as you please,
I have uploaded some test photos already and some mp4 videos as a test.

Can you please let me know when you have it up and running.

Hi there ,it is up and running ,I have a demo account created so people can log in and see what its like as a test. if anyone likes it I can create them there own private account for them,
you can go direct to the server login page here www.server3.99tek.com
user name demo123
password demo123

Many thanks

Hi there yes there are many data storage company's out there, Dropbox is more of a data sync between different devices , this one does comes with preview features what other company's don't have I guess ,but security was a top issue also like most storage company's out there your data goes global and scattered across different servers, I wanted it to be in one place & secure, but easy to use without restrictions, a while ago I spent a long time, prob weeks testing out different company's and they all had pro and cons about storing photos,
