I was not banned

thought I was banned​

I could not get onto this site said my IP address was banned. What the hell did I do wrong???? answer nothing. The reason was I was using" tunnelbear "platform to access my online photo. This is one way to still get access to the Imgur photo storage site abroad since the UK blocked everything... comming back on here I forgot to turn off "tunnelbear" first.
