I want a 7D now

I totally agree with you
but we just like to willy wave some times
look at some users kit bag they have more cameras that I have underpants

lol i understand people saying dont be a gear lust but at the end of the day if your body is limiting you and u have decent know how and skill to take pics , its time to upgrade.

Like i told u in another thread, you should not have upgraded your 400 to a 600d. your choice should have been a 50d minimum.

IMO you wont see many if ANY worthwile differences between upgrading from a xxxd to a newer xxxd. always do this: xxxxd > xxxd > xx/7d > 5d > 1D ff.

Heck, many who have a 5DC diddnt bother with the mk2. i honestly believe that a 5D or a 1D would last many people a lifetime

My kit isn't the problem my 400d was fine for me
my problem is ME
don't think I'm alone here lol and the manufactures of consumer gadgets know this and exploit our male weakness
my x wife had 350 + pairs of designer shoes, she certainly lost the value of my money roflol
my x wife had a footballers wife's life style. When she realised I wasn't a footballer she divorced me roflol

so dont buy a 7D , in fact dont buy anything - the hobby of photography is about taking pictures not owning shiny things , so set yourself a goal (geeting points in the TPPOTY, doing x, selling a shot or whatever ) and make a deal with yourself that you wont give in to the gear lust until you've reached the milestone

then get out and take photos

and just to illustrate that i walk it like i talk it I'm currently shooting with a 20D and a 450D (and i only got the 450D recently) - I now need to upgrade the kit because i'm starting to do weddings again and its only just adequate - and also because 20D has done well over a 100 thou shots and its going to go to silicon heaven sooner or later (i'm still debating between either a 5D2 and a 7D, a 5D2 and a 5DC, a 5D2 and a 50/60D, or a 1DS and any of the above (or a 1DS and a a 1D series) - but the point is that the kit update is driven by a need , not by shiny thing addiction.

"owning a camera makes you a photographer, in the same way that owning a guitar makes you a musician"
so true, made me chuckle reading that

It's a promotion and we have been putting different DSLR cameras each week at very low price. :)

All DigitalRev's website purchase has already included with import handling and shipping costs.

It is a great price but what about any warranty issues?

For website's purchases, you will receive DigitalRev's 12 month local warranty.
