Yes
Despite the help given by many of you, I am still unable to post in the classifieds section...
Maybe tomorrow will be better, but I am still after a 50mm 1.4 or 1.8 Canon lens, ideally without hair from a Welsh Maiden, should you be thinking of selling one soon (an 85mm 1.8 is also wanted, but may be sorted...)

Well, what fun it is to be getting comfy here - makes me feel like an old codger, pipe and slippers, roll of FP4 and some Paterson developing tanks and 3 trays of wierdly yellow liquid infront of me (do you remember that smell ???)
Cheers
Steve, From near Almeria, via Walthamstow, drinking cold beer paid for my Dougdarter, helped by BusterBoy and Mij, and with a hair problem caused by Gilly B..

Steve, From near Almeria, via Walthamstow,

I'll leave sorting out why to those that know what they are doing :)

Robert, Born and raised in Walthamstow. Small world (and I've been to Almeria)

The upgrade script runs every hour I think, so it's usually within the hour after your 50th post that the forum upgrades your access.

I'll just go check your user profile, and if it hasn't already done it, I'll do it manually for you :)

Another 30 seconds and you'll be able to post

:D I'm just quick :D

(No saucy comments ah thankyoo)

Better give it a try then - be rude not to !
Thanks Marcel !

RobertP - where in Walthamstow (we were in Lansdowne Road, off Queens Road) though I lived longer in Islington(when it was rough) and then Hammersmith. Where in Almeria did you go, and why ?

I know Lansdowne road .... not that far from Cedars Avenue and part of my backstreet route via boundary road. The Lorne Arms used to be a favourite place to go for live music even though I was never a biker! It is currently being demolished! Almeria was just a holiday visit - flew into there. think we stayed somewhere north near Mojacar. I never remember these things properly so I'd have to ask she what does the bookings to be sure :)

I only went into the Lorne Arms once - too scary for me - seemed like drink was not the main thing being sold... As for Mojacar - we are about 40 mins inland from there - I used to live in Mojacar 28 years ago, when the beach-front was just tomato growing, and donkey was the main transport..

The Lorne Arms of the 70's was much safer :)
