I received some news today that blew me away.

Well done and definitely well deserved! :clap: Be a "sponge" at work and soak up any hints, tips and techniques from the pro that you can! Have fun, I'm sure you'll do really well! :thumbs:

Congratulations Matt, as others have said you make your own luck in this world so you deserve the opportunity that you have got here. :clap:

Make the most of it, be prepared to learn, be willing, don't be afraid to offer a thought out opinion (at appropriate moments).... oh and make sure you know how to make the tea and coffee, who drinks what and how often...... honestly these things matter. I manage a team of 11 and I still make sure that I do my fair share of tea and coffee making!:thumbs:

This is why I hate my local paper, no such 'Send you pictures in' section. I did work with them for work experience via school and you'll learn a lot from the pro's... (atleast I did)
