Hi TP'ers

I have at the moment what can be best described as a "creative block". It could be the fact that redundancy has forced my minds preoccupation in finding a new career but then I was thinking about this before I was made redundant so....

Anyway. I'm trying to come up with an idea for a logo, that is, something personal that I can use in my images. As I said though, I can't come up with an idea I'm happy with. Principally I'm trying for something that fits around my initials which are SH and of course the word Photography. I want it to be minimal but am stuck. I want it monochromatic with a hint of colour but not cliché, and I want it to be unique to me (of course). So I thought I'd throw it over to the forum for feedback/ideas and maybe I can put all the good ideas in a pot, stir on a low heat and maybe come with something.

Anyone care to put forward an idea or two?

Scott on seeing your initials in bold in your OP, I immediately saw the S and H linked/intertwined.
My photoshop skills are non existent but if i could explain how I "saw' your initials, I hope it would help.

The top part of the S to overlap the top left hand 'leg' of the H, whilst the bottom part of the S, the curved bit intertwined through the bottom legs of the H.
The letters different coloured to accentuate the different letters. IYSWIM ;)

I hope that makes sense?

I actually loaded it up to photobucket as white background, red initials and black script. On my phone it's showing as black background, black initials and pink script.
Strange.
