Program, OR maybe even a free program if I`m lucky lol, Anyway I did have photoshop but i formatted my computer and lost it and I cant find the disk :bang:

so anyone know what I can do, I mean I have the Capture NX2 But that is a trial version.

GIMP is a free bit of software, have used it and its OK,

depend what you want to do. without spending on photoshop my advise is:

-for little tweaks google piccasa (really aimed at a basic user, simple but limited)
-for proper editing (inc layers etc) Gimp
-for processing RAW files UFRAW (but make sure you add your camera profile else they will come out rubbish).

recently most my processing has been in UFRAW, then if i need to clone or do something with layers i finish it in Gimp.
 
Or if you want cheap, rather than free, Photoshop Elements is worth a look, especially if you are already used to Photoshop, you can try the 30 day trial to see if it is for you.

There are also loads of programs at various prices, listed in the thread at the top of this forum.
 
lightroom 3 is currently free as a beta copy
 
If you want something embarrassingly simple, you could give Picnik a try. I did warn you it was basic :p
