Be very careful using "Verdone" lawn weedkiller:(

I expect this to be a totally dead brown colour when I return in a weeks time.

It looks better than my lawn does at the minute !

It looks evenly applied, but judging by the nearer lawn, it's only killed the moss and clover. A good rake then let the grass grow under your feet :)

They are the more resilient weeds you can can see, this is what it looks like close up:(

Dont worry it does that! Maybe you should have put it on a few months back *** when the lawn was in its fast growing season!
I used this stuff on mine, raked all the dead stuff out, then watered it, and about a week later put lawn sand on, job done! Will take about a month, but it will look really green if you do it right!

Done exactly the same myself a couple of years ago! Replaced it with gravel :D

That is only half of the new bit, the other half around the corner to the right which you can't see I did first and that is ok, but I had a bit left over when I finished the second half and used it all up for good measure.
:bonk::bonk::bonk:

I did exactly the same thing a couple of years ago with weedol :runaway:

Now I aim for the lovely lush moss and clover look, it's soooooo much easier

I wish I wasn't worried, but I have used agricultural herbicides frequently and the results are identical:(.

What's the problem ??

30 seconds in PS & it's sorted ;)

Thanks, never thought of that :lol: although it still does not look as green as the rest of the lawn:D

There was a groundsman at a golf club in the south side of Glasgow who mistakenly treated the greens with weedkiller instead of feed.
He got the Bum's Rush!

A couple of years ago my mother-in-law came round to do some gardening at our place after deciding we were useless. After doing a lovely job of the borders around our pond ,she decided she didn't like the grass on our lawn as it was " poor quality"( what ever that means) and then put Roundup all over it and left! (bit odd my mother-in-law).
