Sorry but the 2 white dots up the top distract the eye to much, a crop of that would make it a perfect capture ;)
 
Looks like you're not the only one watching her! There's a bloody great crowd with epaulettes too. They must be her security. ;):):)

Looking at the two white dots- I suspect you over exposed her eyes on this occasion :D

I think you need to practice your PP. Contrast is down and colour is too saturated.
