Well after spending the last two weeks looking around for christmas deals I decided last night to order a Canon from Tesco Direct. Just as I was going through the process something made me just take another look at some sites to see if there were any other better deals second hand.

And guess what, I came across the camera I origanlly wanted for a bargin prices also :) So I took a trip up to Manchester after work tonight to take alook at it and it was everything and more than expected.

I am now the new proud owner of a Canon EOS 400D (2500 shots)
Kit lens
Remote
2GB card
Tripod

I have also been given a Canon USM 111 75-300 from my mom :)

All in all a great day, I even still have money left :thinking:

I just can't wait to get using it now, but bed is calling as I have not stopped for the last 16 hours solid :(

Nice choice, Christmas will present some nice opportunities for some shots.
