You moved to Dubai!?

Their carrier pigeon just wanted a bit of sun, as it doesn't appear to be getting any over here. It's fair enough really.

looks like its timetravelled backwards

Burj Al Arab hotel stopover by any chance??????:lol::lol:

check the old plastic card see how much over the limit you are:lol:

Nothing wrong with that...

Scanned into HK on 5th at 4.46pm, confirmed and cleared for shipping by their UK based clearance agency on 6th at 12.31am, shipped from HK at 10am on 6th, and scanned into Dubai (where I assume it is now getting ready to ship into the UK) at 1.20pm.

What exactly are you denegrating them for?

ALIENS !!!

The post office lost a package from DS Colour Labs for me a few week back, so i've been
using recorded delivery when i've ordered since. Yesterday a package arrived from DSCL
by RD, and lo and behold, the missing one arrives too !! ...

Err.....

read it again - it doesn't say it was "cleared for shipping by their UK based clearance agency on 6th at 12.31am" it says Location (ie where the item is at that time) East Midlands Airport. This was confirmed as correct by UPS this morning at 8am. Just called them again and have been told (cheerily) that the information on the tracking screen is wrong - it should say "Exception" and not "In Transit" and it "should" now arrive tomorrow

UPS' excuse is that the data is displayed in the order that it came in, not the order that the parcel passed through the location, so it really went

HI->Dubai->East Midlands, not HK->EM->HK->Dubai...

Hopefully

not suprised at all with that and part of the reason i go pick them up rather than have them posted.

when DHL lost my golf clubs the online tracking said 4am logged into Luton hub and stayed like that for 2 days, unfortunately the car boot they went into at 4:10am and the pub they were sold in at 11am weren't on the tracking system

You're a great help ya .....:annoyed: :bat:

Err.....

read it again - snip

neo2810 is right, I've had the same on a ups delivery track, it IS just the clearance from gb, no saying the item is actually in gb. Your package will arrive soon.

Errr... no, I'm right, I deal with UPS through business most days. The UPS customer service teams are pretty clueless so I'd take anything they try and explain away with a pinch of salt... :suspect:

I know that now, but that's not what I was told when I phoned UPS, I was told it was here, but the data was just entered wrong. The shipment was shown as "on time" for delivery on the 7th....right up until the time it landed in the UK. Once it had cleared customs the delivery date became 11/08 :shrug:

I'm getting the feeling something got lost somewhere along the line :suspect:

Well I've got my fingers crossed for you that it will turn up soon, if that helps.

what I didn't know at the time was the max payout under DHL insurance was £100 so that's all I got for a £400 set of golf clubs, never used them since, i'm sure it'll turn up, if someone hasn't nicked it :lol:with the amount of barcode tracking they have I can't see how they lose them, it must be theft
