It's so damn complicated driving there, it was 11pm yet it was packed out.. so much traffic and over taking :thumbsdown:

Well Tring is the kinda place that has one bus to the train station every hour so driving up is a good idea :thumbs:
 
I tend to drive around London about once a fortnight.

Last saturday I spent an hour in Walthamstow going 300 yds due to some Neanderthals operating stop/go lollipops across a three-way mini roundabout. We would have done better without them despite the roadworks.

Then I got caught up in chucking out time at Crystal Palace and then joined the back end of a holdup all the way past Heathrow. I lost about 2.5 hours due to holdups :(
 
nah london < than anywhere in uk :) but blackpool is a cesspit, but london is far far worse... lol i have a pure hatred for london lol
 
i have a few reasons but i am not at liberty to say them... im not ment to provoke them. my family has a restraining order against them... but lets just say its bad...
 
Ashers, I reckon you could write a book on your life. It's certainly seems more interesting than many of ours, ha ha.
 
its not interesting its a pain in the arse... i want a quiet life :D not a nutty ex, having to file two restraining orders, and an array of enemies and bad luck lol. just a nice quiet life... :P
 
The first time I drove through central London was about a week after I passed my driving test (1985). It was terrifying.

The next time I was there I drove a truck. It was great.

I love driving in London. Head down and go! Survival of the fittest, dodging suicidal cyclists and kamikaze couriers - what`s not to love!

Mind you, I once went on a training course in Hackney and rode my m/bike there for a week.

Frightened the bloody life out of me!! lol.
 
On one of my driving lessons my instructor took me right through London, from Walthamstow to Knightsbridge and back on a Friday lunchtime :eek: He said he wanted to get me to use my mirrors more!
 
Pffft, bunch of wusses. :lol::lol:

Driving in london can be great fun, traffic I really hate but when you get that gladiator arena feel, it's just brilliant. :D:D

And in any kind of London vs deal, it's London by a KO in the first every time. It's a well known fact that London is the centre of the cultural universe. :thumbs:
 
i was in london, in my car, not 2 days ago. 45 mins to get in in the morning, £1.80 for 20 mins parking, and 2 hours to get out. Bliss.
