I am happy to report that the headache has almost gone. Still a wee bit "woolly" but definately getting better.
Neck is still sore but I can turn it a wee bit further, one way.

No! It means my normal creaky bits are still creaking but the new creaky bit which was giving me a sore head has eased a bit.
Does that make sense!
