I don`t know how to explain this..

But Im trying to find an effect in CS3, To put like a black edge around the edge of my photo`s, but its like a light but dark edge effect, I cant find any photo`s anywhere to explain what I mean

If anyone can understand kind of what I mean can you help me please

Blending options, drop shadow I think.. Can't remember off my head exactly how to do it as I'm at work.

Thats not a border in PS - it is called Vignetting see here.

It is caused unintentionally by the physical limitation of the lens being caught by the sensor. It can be made by photoshop too using 'lens correction':
