I am NOT TALKING ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THE LINK.. I am tlaking about the thought process of seeing something that upsets you.. then wanting to share it?

Fine ok i missed the point :) pity this story wasn't shared more then maybe something maybe done about it to stop it happening again.. but i doubt that will happen

Mate you totally missed the point.. I ahve no intention of looking.. I dont buy newspapers.. I dont watch news items on TV and I generall stay away from anything thats considered bad news or going to upset.. the only news i look at is sky sports... thats serious.. no papers or news programs.. not for 20+ years... theres nothing i can do to change the world so why get riled about whats happening...

I was commenting on this thread.. not whats in the link.... thats all .. nothing too deep mate :)

I`m tired and full of a cold, good night pal........:)

Town will be full of Burnley/Blackburn fighting tomorrow, spoiling me seeing Leeds beat Warrington.

That;s sad Tony. If Nelson Mandela was like you ...

No I do not agree with it either Ade, but let us just take another country as an example India.

5 million children in India work as child labourers.
8 million between 6-13 years are out of school.
3 million children are employed as commercial sex workers.
47% of girl children in India are married before they are 18.

I don`t think we need to bother doing the maths to figure out what is going on world wide do we. What`s the answer  We all wake up tomorrow and put the world to right :thinking: No hang on they have tried that so many times in the past and it still has not worked. I do not want to sound callous here M8 but unless you or anybody else can come up with a plan of action, then it will just carry on whether we agree with it or not. And let us not think that the western hemisphere is squeaky clean either when it comes to this sort of sheeite.

I know everyone is different , as are cultures, religious beliefs and ways of life.

But, this is just wrong.

Do not click this link if you are a sensitive soul.

It is wrong and sick, and makes my blood boil, but it's a feature of the religion, in this country and most other parts of the world, it is known as paedophilia, in Muslim countries they can try and dress it up as much as they want, and justify their disgusting perversion, but the bottom line is it's paedophilia, it go's back to the Quran and Muhammeds 6 year old bride Aysha, i won't go into it here for obvious reasons, but it's all online for anyone to check should they wish too.

Theres nothing in the Quran that says paedophilia is okay ... in early tribal times young girls would have been married to chieftans to secure alliances etc (much as medieval kings did) but they didn't have sex with them until the girls were capable of it ! (okay so that was still below our age of consent - and consent had very little to do with it as women were essentially property) doing 13 year olds would have been considered normal , but a prepubescent 8 year old who dies as a result :cuckoo: - that would have resulted in a 'visit' from her father and brothers

It isn't long til a mod comes along and reminds everyone to steer away from talking about religion please

IIRC, this is more cultural than anything else. As stated above, children were often married at a young age - I remember that you could marry a child in the UK, up until a legal limit was imposed. You also had the notion of women without rights, and considered property. In some ways, these countries are comparable to how the UK used to be.

Whilst I agree what happened was disgusting, you've got to remember that some people have a completely different belief system. I recall reading about men in Africa raping babies (newborns in some cases!) because they believed it would cure them of Aids.

This thread seems to be about pedophiles and religion.... The warning on a photogrpahers forum is to stay away from the subject of religion.

Sick world eh :(

Pretty tragic whatever the culture.
