I confess to going into one of those photo booths for a set of passport type pics despite having spent a small fortune on my kit/printer.
Am I alone in committing such an act:bonk:

Yes!!

Hang your head in shame. :D

Last time I used one of those booths I came out looking like this - 'nuff said...?

In my defense, I didn't have a camera at the time.

It was my passport photo from the age of 16 - any idea why I had such trouble at customs ?

Looks like I could be the only one:$:sulk: was a lousy mug shot anyway and no I am not going to post it:eek:

I admit, I did exactly the same thing for my passport a couple of years ago. Considered taking my own photo and it said no shadows in the specification but the only plain wall I could use was in a position where I couldn't light the area well enough. In the end I used a photo booth and my head seemed to take up far too much of the photo, and although it wasn't within the specification on the passport application notes I sent it off and they accepted it anyway.

Nice one.........I am not the only one:thumbs:

Ahem, cough, me too !

I was going to get the girlfriend to do it for me but she said she wasn't willing to risk any of her lenses !:lol:

I don't see the issue to be honest with you -- its quick, easy, and not that expensive and its done. I doubt your time is worth the difference of doing it yourself!

Me too!....I use booths for passport pics and worse.....I am still spending tons on school photos, (lots of copies for the family)...and I swear every year I will do my own as most of them aren't that good really....maybe this year:)
