I cannot get Silver Efex 2 to work in LR3

Hi all,
I have just downloaded Silver Efex pro2 , and it will not load.
I am in LR3, right click, edit in, silver efex, and after asking if I want to edit copy etc, nothing, just doesn't open silver efex.
I have uninstalled it, and re-installed with nothing else running etc, and still nothing.
Any one help please?

Are you on Mac or Windows?

Im on a Mac and when I click edit in and select Silver Efex it does take a moment to open but does after a few seconds.

Im not sure what OS are you running and why are you right clicking, is it not in your filter menu

I am right clicking on the image which brings up the option to edit in (external editor) which can be either photoshop or efex pro. Since posting I have re-installed the downloaded trial and it seems to be working ok now.
