Hi all,

This might not seem alot to you guys but it means alot to me!

I have actually been contacted by a band in Newcastle asking whether i could do live gig photos for them next sunday!!! Just on the basis of the rubbishy photos on my myspace. I feel pretty happy now, and a good time to test my 50mm 1.8

great stuff - if they are giving you access in the pit - take some ear plugs - last time i did a gig from the pit my hearing was !"£$%%^ for 3 days - but the photos were ok

the 50 would be a good lens as light can be poor
 
Well i am hoping the lighting rig is quite good, hopefully if can manage to get some good shots it can be the start to many more bands choosing me to take photographs of them,

PS the mouse has been eaten by the cat !
