Hi there I have recently moved to the area and want to know where any goods places to photograph are.

I live in Cambridgeshire now, I used to live in Sheffield where I was accustomed to hills etc.

This area is pretty flat so if anyone can help me find some nice locations and something new to photograph I would appreciate it!
 
Lots of interesting university buildings to photograph i would guess!
 
thanks, which university do you recommend? I know Cambridge has a couple and there is one near Bedford? Although I have never been to these places before?

there is a alot to see around cambridge the punts on the river ect you need to go and have a good look. you also have Ely not too far away. keep you eye in the llocal newspaper for interneting things going on.
 
Ahh yeah the river! nice area. If i were you i would just go out on a nice sunny day and have a wander round. Buy one of those little tourist maps and go to anywhere interesting.

Don't forget your camera!!!:D

Now there's an understatement for one of the most historic university towns in the world!
 
You are not too far from the Norfolk Broads. Why not look up some of the tourist info sites to see what is of special interest?

The National Trust property at Anglesey Abbey is worth a trip.

They have a specially planted "Winter Walk" that has lots of interesting plants and shrubs that are colourful in winter with a lovely grove of silver birch trees.

Ely Cathedral is just north of you.
