Wondering if anyone has ever took photos of these dogs? I saw one the other day and i seriously wanted to give them my horse for the dog lol. It was beautiful.. I want some for my portfolio. Don't know who to contact etc?
 
Probably go and put an ad up in a local pet supplies store or in a paper asking if people want photos of there huskys/siberian dogs doing?
 
Ah ok then, I can't think of any ways on the internet apart from probably going on a dog forum and advertising it as a favour or something.
 
I have 4 of this fantastic breed all are rescues well worth the hard work and training needed to have a happy mentally healthy sibe, i adore taking their pictures in fact they are the reason i got a dslr

by going to dog shows and rallies you will have many photo ops

don't like dogs with not normal coloured eyes, don't trust them - just like collies with one blue and one brown, euch!!

One day I want a dog, and a huskey is right up there at the top of my list. but I realise how much work and excercise they need, so I want to live a lifestyle that can offer them a decent life first (ie, move to Canada). Great looking dogs. :)
 
check if there's any dog shows coming up in your area, they'll probably be there though it's easy to check.

Here's one i spotted last saturday in belfast at a dog show.

I went mountain biking in the quantocks last year and get chased down a hill by a pack of them pulling a sled. They say that fear is brown and comes in pants and i'd be inclined to agree.

Either way i stopped at the end and spoke to them; it was these guys:

and they seemed friendly enough. Can't say that I know any of them though. They were running a race day on public land so i imagine that there'd be chances to get some good action pics of these dogs.
 
I have two pics on my deviantart but can't link as I'm on the iPhone so can't be bothered :p they were my boyfriends but sadly we don't have them anymore :(

Such a beautiful breed though, I want a black & white one once we have a big enough garden :D
 
My chainsaw instructor races a team of Huskies, beautiful creatures but I was too busy trying not to kill myself and those around me to worry about photography. I've been looking at Elliot Erwitt's work recently and it's inspired me to photography dogs in general.

Yep, huskys are nice... BUT when you`ll se Alaskan malamute for real, you`ll fall in love instantly!!!!

My very good friends have 4 of them... sadly they are from Slovakia. But if you`d like to go for a trip i can arrange meeting :)
