Hi everyone. Had this forum recommended to me by someone's work I have seen on another forum.

Errrr... I dunno what I'm supposed to say in this.

Been taking shots with a Sony Cybershot for years but really wanted to some real good quality shots. So I've recently bought a Canon 500D with a stock 18-55mm lens. Got some filters and other bits for Christmas and plan to pick up more lenses, flash, etc as money permits.

Er... I like walks on the beach and, um.... well I really like landscape photography but if anything catches my eye I'll shoot it.

Due to my car dying shortly after buying the camera and the new one not being delivered yet (soon, fingers crossed) I've not had chance to get out and about with the 500D yet. Here's an assortment of things I've snapped so far. None perfect but I'm still learning how to use it.
